A Constitutional Amendment that
Mandates a Balanced Budget
The Uniting Amendment is a comprehensive Amendment
to the Constitution of the United States that
mandates a balanced budget.
If Congress doesn't balance the budget, they can no longer hold office --
until the debt is paid back.
The Amendment includes many other provisions to
reestablish a government with freedom and fairness,
and that has the integrity and compassion needed to move us forward.
