L/A Constitutional Amendment that Protects Civil Liberties

The Uniting Amendment is a comprehensive Amendment

to the Constitution of the United States that

protects our rights and civil liberties

– any time, any place.

It prevents the government from interfering with our right to

speak, assemble and protest; and it limits the

government's power to detain and arrest.

The Amendment includes many other provisions to

reestablish a government that values fairness and freedom,
