A Constitutional Amendment that
Solves the Flash Trading Problem
The Uniting Amendment is the comprehensive amendment
to the Constitution of the United States that
solves the problem with high-frequency trading.
Permanently.
It establishes a combination of policies
that reduce regulation while
creating free-market incentives
that will make markets, commerce, and the country
better, freer, and more competitive.
