A Constitutional Amendment that

Solves the Flash Trading Problem

The Uniting Amendment is a comprehensive Amendment

to the Constitution of the United States that

solves the problem with high-frequency trading.

Permanently.

It establishes a combination of policies

that reduce regulation while

creating free-market incentives

that will make the markets, commerce, and

the country more fair and more free.
