From Uniting Amendment
Values Justice
The Uniting Amendment is the comprehensive amendment
to the Constitution of the United States.
It empowers citizens to prosecute
corrupt officials and other criminals
when the authorities refuse to act.
It says:
- "Whenever those who are entrusted with the enforcement of law become unwilling or incapable of prosecuting violators, and the timely and established avenues of petition to redress by the people have been exhausted, the Citizens may organize themselves to enforce law, prosecute criminals, and protect their rights following due process."
The amendment includes many other provisions to
reestablish a government that values fairness and freedom,
and has the integrity and compassion to move forward.
