Protects Civil Liberties

The Uniting Amendment is the comprehensive amendment

to the Constitution of the United States that

protects our rights –

everywhere and any time.

It prevents the government from interfering with our right to

speak, assemble and protest; and it limits the

power to detain and arrest.

Strong privacy provisions prevent the government from spying on it's

own citizens and the amendment puts a check on the Supreme Court

so they can't erode our civil liberties.

The amendment includes many other provisions to

reestablish a government that values fairness and freedom,

and has the integrity and compassion to move forward.
