Equity

Equality, equity, equal rights, equal opportunity, fairness and justice, with regard to the Uniting Amendment mean equality under the law. The law and the government treat each person the same regardless of who they are. It also means that no person may discriminate in connection with a public offer of a product or service, including employment.
